Medtrain LLC guarantees that the software rights holder, distributor, or reseller will protect personal data under the terms similar to those set out in the Personal Data Confidentiality Policy.

This consent applies to the following personal data: surname, name, patronymic, email address, postal address for order delivery, contact phone number, payment details.

The term of this consent is unlimited. You can withdraw this consent at any time by sending a written notification to the e-mail: uc@medtrain.kz with the note "Revocation of consent to the processing of personal data".

Please note that the revocation of consent to the processing of personal data entails the deletion of your account from the websites (https://medtrain.kz), (https://medtrain.ru/) and the destruction of records containing your personal data in Medtrain LLC's personal data processing systems, which may make it impossible to use the internet services of Medtrain LLC.

I guarantee that the information provided by me is complete, accurate, and reliable, and that the provision of information does not violate the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, legal rights, and interests of third parties. All the information provided is filled out by me personally.
This consent is valid for the entire period of personal data storage unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
